Calculations depend on what you enter or verify. Please keep your details accurate and upload only documents that belong to you.

No guarantees

DeciLoan provides informational, analytical and planning assistance. It does not guarantee lender decisions, loan approvals, interest-rate reductions or financial outcomes. Please verify important decisions with your lender or a qualified professional.

Letters and reports

Letters are drafts for you to review, edit and send yourself. You are responsible for their content once sent.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. One-time purchases give access for the stated number of days. Refunds follow our refund & cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access other people's data, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Changes

We'll tell you about material changes to these terms and ask you to accept them again where needed.
